High pressure cooling LUBING

The LUBING Top-Climate-System cooling system is designed for efficient humidification, cooling, and de-dusting in stables. It works on the principle of evaporative cooling and significantly improves the breeding environment. The system uses high-pressure nozzles that inject water into the stable air at a pressure of 70 bar and make it mist. The mist immediately evaporates and causes the air to cool by extracting heat. This cooling effect saves energy because the ventilation intensity can be limited. During hot periods and after the arrival of young animals in the stable, the top climate system is used to raise the humidity to the optimum value. This cooling method works successfully with any ventilation system. Even in open buildings with only low forced ventilation, a significant improvement in climate is achieved.

The op-Climate-System makes a significant contribution to animal health and performance. It is particularly ideal for laying hens or broiler breeders. The Top Climate System has been newly extended with highly resistant stainless steel HR pumps that allow the use of any disinfectant. The Vario version with frequency converter then reduces the energy consumption to the required minimum.

Lubing has also started using a new version of the LUBING Touch Control, which allows control via touch
screen. This makes the operation of the cooling equipment even clearer and more efficient.
