Grain intake halls

The reception hall has a steel structure with cladding and a roof made of trapezoidal sheets. The hall includes a door with a passage height of up to 12 m, which can be equipped with an anti-penning roller tarpaulin. It is also possible to install Hörmann sequential slatted doors.

The hall is fitted with a steel structure on the outside to ensure flawless airflow. The easily washable inner shell makes maintenance very easy and quick. Each hall is designed with regard to the specific location, altitude, and snow load to meet the requirements of the statics.

The construction of the hall is hot-dip galvanised steel using PIR panels which, unlike more traditional PUR panels, have a higher fire resistance. Another advantage is their very good thermal insulation, which helps to maintain an optimal microclimate inside the hall. The floor is made of polished concrete with mineral infill, which significantly reduces its abrasion when the hall is removed.
